Notes about your quote:
*Your quote will be estimated using an 8% sales tax. Final tax will be adjusted for the location when finalizing booking.
*The minimum required includes everything except sales tax and a 10% booking fee and a 10% service charge (gratuity). If you have a tax exempt ID, we can waive the sales tax, but we need a copy of the #.
*An extra $5/mile is added to the minimum requirement per mile we have to drive over 20 miles from zipcode 80202 (central Denver). We only add this one way, not RT. So, if your event is 60 miles from 80202, an extra 40 miles is added to the minimum at $5/mile= $200 will be added to the minimum spend.
*Locations West of the continental divide have an extra $100 wear and tear fee, and could also be higher depending how many mountain passes we have to travel over.
*These minimums are for 2-3 hours of service included, if you need longer than 2-3 hours of service, it is an additional $100/hr, added to the minimum.
The calculator cannot account for extra mileage and time, so please keep this in mind when viewing your quote. We will adjust your quote for you when we reach out!
